Teresa Devick

Teresa has been part of the Bond&Devick Team since 2006. She is their Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for all compliance and supervisory functions. She ensures the firm is compliant with the laws, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures, and keeps B&D up-to-date on all changes. Teresa is also our technology point person, overseeing all computers, software, and network systems, including disaster recovery. Cybersecurity and protecting our clients’ information are her top priorities.

Teresa is passionate about several service organizations, including Feeding America, Save the Children, and Spirit of America. She is on the board of Alight (formerly The American Refugee Committee) and has volunteered for many years, including spearheading efforts to set up a computer lab in a Rwandan refugee camp that blossomed into multiple coding schools across multiple camps. She also volunteers with the International Institute of MN, helping families new to the US, and with CROSS Services food running their annual pickleball tournament.

Outside of work and service, Teresa enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially at their cabin in Northern Minnesota and her hometown of Albuquerque.
