Stuart is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association's Elder Law Section serving as past Chair of the Elder Law Governing Council. He is also a current member of The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc. (NAELA). Stuart received his B.A. from the University of Minnesota, Phi Beta Kappa, and his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law.
