Rachel Sinnen

Rachel has been with Bond & Devick since 2012. She began her career at Bond&Devick as the Office Manager and was soon promoted to Client Service Manager. In 2018, Rachel became Bond&Devick’s Operations Manager.
As the firm's Operations Manager, Rachel plays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional client experience and the smooth functioning of the business. She manages the Operations Team, oversees the servicing of client accounts, and coordinates team workflows to optimize efficiency. Rachel is instrumental in enhancing both client and firm operations, implementing initiatives to improve client service and operational processes. Rachel works closely with advisors and the Wealth Management Team to support communication and collaboration across the entire Bond & Devick Team.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys cycling, baking, following Formula 1, and spending time with family and friends.
